General conditions of sale

In order to facilitate the processing of orders and avoid errors in shipments, please use our codes and descriptions.
We reserve the right to modify or vary products without prior notice.

Orders will be fulfilled within 10 business days from their confirmation, provided that we have sufficient material in our warehouses. Otherwise, the customer will be informed of the approximate delivery date.

Goods always travel at the expense and risk of the buyer, even those that are treated carriage paid.

Our prices are understood for packaged material located in our warehouses.
Any additional expense not provided for in our rates (special packaging, shipments by baggage regime, plane, urgent service…) will be paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to change our rates without prior notice.

Payment will be in cash until the corresponding account opening is formalized.
Payment terms will be established by mutual agreement and may not be modified without our authorization.
Failure to pay means on our part the suspension of services and supplies.

Our guarantee includes the repair or substitution in our workshops of defective parts.
You will lose your guarantee if it is considered that there has been a bad handling of the material or because it has been modified or repaired by personnel outside our technical service.
The costs of returning and forwarding these materials will be borne by the customer.
Our responsibility is exclusively to replace or repair defective materials, not paying compensation or other expenses.

Returns of material will not be accepted after fifteen days from its issue.
In case of agreement within this period, the material must be sent perfectly packaged and carriage paid, indicating the number of the delivery note with which the material was sent.
In no case will returns be accepted that have not been accepted from our commercial department.
